This new Modular washing tower has been designed taking into account your feedback on our previous towers with the aim of improving our products according to your needs, whilst also improving safety and ergonomics.
This new tower keeps the main features of our previous towers:
- The soiled wash water can be collectedinto a retention tray integrated into the BIG BAG holder (SECATRI). This system can be used with a water treatment unit
- (SECALAV) in order to work autonomously in a closed circuitor it can be connected to the site’s water supply to wash out concrete skips.
- Adapted for use on High Environmental Quality (HQE) sites
This system is an ergonomic washing solution which takes up minimal floor space. The detachable front panel means the tower can be shipped in a container.
The New Features of the washing tower
Side panels have been added to limit splashes and the non-slip flooring has a gutter system to collect water
The ladders have been redesigned so that they can be tilted. We have modified the rungs, making them wider and non-slip and we have also added a handrail to make climbing the ladder safer.
Handling has been made easier with the addition of fork pockets on the side and slinging points on the lower part of the tower. This means that the tower can be handled using a forklift or crane.
We have also modified the angle of the skip for more ergonomic washing which:
- Facilitates water runoff from the hose into the water treatment unit
- Facilitates cleaning inside the skip for the operator
