ARTICLE 3: Access to the services

The purpose of the secatol.eu website is to provide information about the activities provided by Secatol.

A User with Internet access may browse the site free of charge from anywhere. The Publisher shall not be liable for costs incurred by the User to access the site (Internet connection, computer equipment, etc).

The website and the associated services therein may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, notably for maintenance purposes, without prior notice or explanation.
