SECATOL EXPERTISE

All the plant you need for your Tunnelling work

Example of a tunnelling site using an excavated debris hopper, a push-off hopper delivering cement-treated base, debris gantry, bentonite tank, carrier-mounted agitating hopper, static agitating hopper, excavated debris skip, and moving alignment cone from SECATOL

Push-off hopper

Push-off hopper for the transport of cement-treated base.

Rolling alignment cone

A rolling alignment cone to unload debris for rehandling.

Agitating hopper

Agitating hopper / concrete remixer, fixed, to store, agitate and distribute ready mix concrete or mortar. Gate opening with a 10m long cable electro mechanical remote control.

Excavation debris hopper

The alignment cone is used on excavation sites to unload SECATOL debris skips whatever their position.

Excavation debris store hopper

The excavated debris store hopper is designed to store from 40 up to 120 m³ of debris. On demand, the gate can be opened to transfer the debris from the hopper to a truck. The main interest of this hopper is to create storage of the debris and to be able to evacuate them along the trucks rotation.

Excavation debris skip

This skip has been designed to evacuate debris from tunneling excavation and to discharge them into an excavated debris store hopper or directly into a truck by a simple frame.

Agitating hopper on supporting structure

A bespoke solution with an agitating hopper on a supporting platform for the transport or concrete or mortar on tunnel worksites

Bentonite tank

The bentonite tank is used to store and distribute bentonite in the tunnel. A pump powered by an electric motor keeps the bentonite circulating within the tank and also distributes it to the injection points.

Excavation debris skip

This skip has been designed to evacuate debris from tunneling excavation and to discharge them into an excavated debris store hopper or directly into a truck by a simple frame.

Hydraulic Excavation Debris Skip

This skip is completely autonomous. It is the full skip’s own weight which generates the energy needed to open the gate using two hydraulic accumulators on the bale arm.

Tunnel Mucking Skip

The tunnel mucking skip is used to store and evacuate muck from blasting operations during tunnelling.

Washing Water Treatment Unit

A water treatment solution for soiled wash water from site batching plants or concrete skips.

Agitating Hopper on Frame

This agitating hopper is installed on a frame and is equipped with walkways allowing access from the sides. The agitating hopper stores, agitates and distributes concrete

Example of a tunnelling site using an excavated debris hopper, a push-off hopper delivering cement-treated base, debris gantry, bentonite tank, carrier-mounted agitating hopper, static agitating hopper, excavated debris skip, and moving alignment cone from SECATOL

Carrier-mounted agitating hopper

Bespoke agitating hopper for taking concrete or mortar to tunnelling sites on a carrier. The hoppers are sized to conform to the limits imposed by the carrier, the tunnel and the useful capacity.

More information

CTM-PSE-EM Static agitating hopper

Non-mobile agitating hopper for storing, agitating and distributing ready-mix concrete, with button-operated gate-opening system (3,500 to 16,000 L capacity).

More information

Handling rack for concreting accessories

The concreting equipment tremie rack from SECATOL is designed for storing and handling the full range of ancillary equipment used in concrete pouring works (hoppers, lifting caps, pipes, etc).

More information

Push-off skip / hopper

The push-off skip is designed to optimise flows and shorten cycle times when carrying and distributing cement-treated base for roller-compacted concrete (RCC) in tunnels.

Push-off hopper for transporting cement-treated base in tunnel works.

More information

Excavation debris hopper

The alignment cone is used at excavation sites to unload SECATOL debris skips, whichever way the skips are turned. The crane operator is free to initiate discharge unaided.

More information

Bentonite tank

Bentonite tank for tunnelling works. The bentonite tank is used to store and distribute bentonite in tunnels. The tank includes a top-mounted inspection hatch, vent and filling inlet.

More information

Excavated debris skip

This skip is designed for removing and discharging tunnel excavation spoil into an intermediate hopper. Can also be placed on a gantry frame for unloading straight into a truck.

More information

Excavated debris storage hopper

The excavated debris hopper is specially designed to vertically store spoil for removal by trucks. It is often used together with a drop-bottom skip and an alignment cone

More information

Mobile alignment cone

The mobile alignment cone consists of the wall-mounted guide frames and the travelling cone. It is specially designed for use with an excavated debris skip.

More information

Tunnel Mucking Skip

The tunnel mucking skip is used to store and evacuate muck from blasting operations during tunnelling.

More information

Agitating Hopper on Frame

This agitating hopper is installed on a frame and is equipped with walkways allowing access from the sides. The agitating hopper stores, agitates and distributes concrete

More information

Hydraulic Excavation Debris Skip

This skip is entirely autonomous. It has been especially designed for debris evacuation operations and autonomous discharging.
